My Beauiful Daughters - Amazing.

It had to be one of my proudest moments to have my daugther in attendance during this speech. My youngest daughter Abigal has since graduated from MIAD in Milwaukee. My oldest daughter has relocated to Washington DC, but she had been in attendance for my speech at the Edgewater in Madison 2017. Tonights speech was focused on what has become important in my professional career... I touched on what I call leaving your mark. After seeing eferyone around me getting younger, it became apparent that I needed to switch gears again in my life and my career. It was time to focus on creating a LEGACY. It Takes a Village! - Amazing Coworkers.

The point I was trying to make is that at some point it's time to look around you at your dealership and help make your TEAM to be STRONGER. Start by helping someone with the smallest thing and see what happen. Sometimes it can be the smallest thing that can help hcange someone's life. I try to surround myself with people who have good work ethic, drive and the will to succeed. I can't thank Kevin Minley the General Manager of Russ Darrow Kia Wauwatosa for all the help he has given me over the years. Valencia Wallace is one of the younger sales people on the staff and her making it to the President's Club this year was an amazing achievment! Everyone - Winners!

Everyone in this audience tonight is a winner. You all have the opportunity to be the next great leader at your dealership. Every Russ Darrow Employee, FRONT to BACK. You all have infinite potential at your dealership to not only be successful at your position but also be a force that can make others around you stronger and more productive. At the end of the day that can be a legacy YOU choose to leave behind. Sometimes all it takes is a Kevin Minley smile to put my day back on track! (Pictured; Michael Duda)

Anyway if you remember anything from this speech, please remember helping others is what has brought happiness and joy back into my life. I feel like it can also help your dealerships, your customers, your coworkers and your quality of life as well. Sometimes all it takes is a few minutes to really listen to someone and offer your help to make a difference. Making a difference and service to other human beings should be a priority in every one of you.

I feel inspired tonight to leave you all with something to think about... “Time is your most valuable asset in life, spend it wisely”
